FINAL PHASE ACTIVE OPS COMMENCED.
Monday Evening Israel War Cabinet unanimously approved the commence the final phase.
· Around 10 pm Monday IDF has begun its long-anticipated military operation in Rafah to combat the final battalions of Hamas. IDF commenced entry into the Eastern Sector of Rafah
· The IDF has seized control of the Gaza side of the Rafah border crossing with Egypt and is advancing along the Philadelphi Corridor.
· Hamas claim accepted agreement was not a proposal on the table.
· PM Netanyahu will send a delegation of Working-class mediators to Cairo in an attempt continue to explore diplomatic possibilities that’s acceptable to Israel.
· The fighting in Rafah is to fulfill the goal stated at the beginning of the declaration of war by Israel, the current main tactical goal is the encirclement of the Gaza Egypt crossing and to take absolute control of all movements in and out of this corridor; cutting off Hamas pipeline for cash arms and other military tactical supplies via the relief trucks, they personnel who had up till now were all Hamas operatives and they fled Israel military forces will now control all movements in and out of the corridor.
EASTERN SECTOR OF RAFAH
IDF forces are advance up along the Philadelphia corridor. At the same time as the 401st combat team secured the Palestinian side of the Rafah crossing between Egypt and the Gaza Strip.
· Tanks Brigade advances into the Eastern Sector
· Artillery Fire and Air Strikes on known concentrations of known Hamas Eastern Sector locations

· By Tuesday Morning 20 terrorists had been killed and 3 tunnels had been found and destroyed.
· The Engineering forces of 162nd Division have commenced activities in east Rafah against infrastructures of Hamas.

THE GOOD GUY BAD GUY SWITCH HAND OF DECEPTION

HAMAS attempt to play a Deception of a Peace Deal in attempt to switch their status from the Bad Guys to the Good Guys, to enable more propaganda to vilify Israel in the eyes of the global community. Has not fooled any within the intelligence communities seeking resolutions to the WAR.
Hamas behave like they’ve won the war when in fact they’ve been thoroughly hammered and burrowed in like trapped rats’ into what’s remaining of the tunnel networks.
Any expectation of Israel coming to the table as the loser is pure lunacy, they’ve commenced a Declared War against the Hamas after the October 7th massacres inside Israeli territory, and Israel rightly must not cease until Hamas:
· Hand Back all Live Hostages
· Hand Back all Dead Hostages Remains
· Lay Down Arms and Surrender for BIOMetric ID and Permanent Tagging and/or incarceration!
· Vacate their Terror Infrastructures
· Israel must Demolished Every Tunnel System or Tunnel Networks
The Ceasefire scam hand details which are far from Israel’s baseline doesn’t correspond with any of the dialogues that has taken place and has significant gaps within what Hamas proposed.
Officially Table Hostage Exchange:
Pre (2024 MAY 05) Phase one: (33 LIVE Israelis)
(i) Israel and / or Hamas have the right to veto the release of any prisoner requested.
(ii) 33 ALIVE Hostages in the First Exchange
(iii) 20 Hamas Prisoners per 1 (ALIVE Israeli Hostage)
(iv) 40 Hamas Prisoners per 1 (ALIVE Israeli Female IDF Hostage)
(v) On the Seventh day (after the release of three captives), Israeli forces are to withdraw completely from al-Rashid Street in the east to Salah al-Din Street and dismantle military sites and installations in this area.
(vi) Hamas shall release three Israeli detainees on the third day of the agreement, after which Hamas shall release three other detainees every three days, starting with women as much as possible (civilians and female soldiers).
(vii) After the 14th Day of Ceasefire an agreed-upon number of wounded military personnel will be allowed to travel through the Rafah crossing to receive medical treatment.
First stage of the deal envisions the release of 33 “humanitarian” hostages, meaning women, the elderly and the sick, in exchange for a six-week cease-fire and the release of hundreds of Palestinian prisoners.

Hamas Counter Proposal:
2024 MAY 05 on the Hostages Swap.
I. NEW TERM: HAMAS RETAINS CIVIL / POLITICAL and SECURITY CONTROL of all the civilian population of the Gaza Strip.
II. ALTERED TERM: Israeli / Hamas Exchanges: One Jew (DEAD or Alive) for hundreds of Terrorists and/or convicted Palestinian Murderers and Israel cannot veto the release requested prisoner.
III. ALTERED TERM: 30 Hamas Prisoners per 1 (DEAD or Alive Israeli Hostage)
IV. ALTERED TERM: 50 Hamas Prisoners per 1 (ALIVE Israeli Female IDF Hostage)
V. ALTERED TERM: On the third day {was seventh day} (after the release of three captives), Israeli forces are to withdraw completely from al-Rashid Street in the east to Salah al-Din Street and dismantle military sites and installations in this area.
VI. ALTERED TERM: Hamas shall release three Israeli detainees on the third day of the agreement, after which Hamas shall release three other detainees every seven days {was three days}, starting with women as much as possible (civilians and female soldiers).
VII. NEW TERM: On the 22nd day, the Israeli side shall release all prisoners from the Shalit deal who have been re-arrested.
VIII. NEW/ALTERED TERM: Throughout (ie on Day One phase one instead of on 14th day of ceasefire) this phase, an agreed-upon number (not fewer than 50) of wounded military personnel will be allowed to travel through the Rafah crossing to receive medical treatment, and an increased number of travellers, sick and wounded, shall be allowed to leave through the Rafah crossing as restrictions on travellers are lifted.
IX. NEW TERM: A return to sustainable calm (a permanent cessation of military and hostile operations) must be announced and take effect before the exchange of captives and prisoners – all remaining living Israeli men (civilians and soldiers) in exchange for an agreed-upon number of prisoners and detainees in Israeli prisons and detention camps. Israeli forces shall withdraw completely from the Gaza Strip.
X. NEW TERM: Phase Three: A complete end to the siege of the Gaza Strip.
XI. NEW TERM: Hostages Swap 18 (DEAD or Alive) on ceasefire.
XII. NEW TERM: Hostages Swap 15 (DEAD or Alive) at the end of war.
