The Committee of Ministers, foreign ministers from 46 countries in attendance.
PACE - the Parliamentary Assembly of the CoE with UK and 45 other countries represented (by people you have never heard of).
The Congress of Local and Regional Authorities, 130,000 such bodies! This is why your local authority is irrational and ineffective. Just obeying orders.
The European Network of Equality Bodies which includes the UK 'Equality and Human Rights Commission' and all QANGOs / INGOs.
Then there are groups for energy, environment, financial, not-for-profit foundations etc..
Yet if the CoE is ever mentioned in the UK 'free press' it is just home to the ECHR (European Court of Human Rights).
