A Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Special Agent who owns a tattoo shop is being held without bond after he was accused of sexually assaulting two women after promising them modeling opportunities, Montgomery County Department of Police (MCPD) officers said Tuesday.

WJLA: During a bond hearing Tuesday, a judge ordered Eduardo Valdivia to be held on no bond status because he is alleged to be a danger to the community and is a potential flight risk.

DC NEWS NOW: The Montgomery County Department of Police (MCPD) said FBI special agent Eduardo Valdivia, 40, was taken into custody on Nov. 25. Authorities charged him with two counts of second-degree rape, four counts of fourth-degree sexual offense and four counts of second-degree assault.

ABC NEWS: Valdivia was previously charged with attempted murder in a 2020 off-duty shooting after a verbal exchange on a Metro train car. The incident was captured by security cameras. A jury in Montgomery County found Valdivia not guilty in that case after a trial in 2022.
