Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's words at the beginning of the cabinet meeting:
"We are committed to returning the residents of the south and the north safely to their homes.”
“We are committed to building the settlements, rehabilitating the communities and catapulting the north and the south forward in all areas.”
To this end, I have decided to appoint Major General Yiftach Ron-Tal to the position Head of the Directorate of Reconstruction in the South, and Major General Eliezer Marom (Cheney) for the head of the Directorate of the North.
I am sure that both of them will do an excellent job, and I am also sure that all ministries and ministers will give them their full support in their important work.
I greatly appreciate the support of President Biden and the American administration In Israel.
Since the beginning of the war, the USA has given us support in spirit and material - with means of defense and means of attack.

But about four months ago, there was a dramatic drop in the supply of armaments arriving from the US to Israel.
For weeks we asked our American friends to speed up the shipments.
We did it time and time again.
We did it at the highest levels, and at all levels, and I want to emphasize - we did it in private rooms.
We received all kinds of explanations, but one thing did not change.
Certain items came in trickles, but the great mass of armaments remained behind.
After months of lack of change in this situation, I decided to make it public, and knowing that this step is essential to pull the plug.
Obama & his Gov. Admin:
(i) propagated a Nuclear terrorist org. Iran! WHY?
(ii) propagated a Two-state solution with a terrorist org. WHY?
Biden & his Gov. Admin:
(i) propagating Hamas & infrastructure remnant remain. WHY?
(ii) propagating a Two-state solution with a terrorist org. WHY?
GEOPOLITICAL Warfare by US Obama & Biden:
I expected that it would involve personal attacks against me from home and abroad, as happened when I opposed the nuclear agreement with Iran, as happened and continues to happen when I repeatedly opposed the establishment of a Palestinian terrorist state, and as is happening now when I oppose ending the war while leaving Hamas on Yes.
But I am ready to suffer personal attacks for the sake of Israel's security.
My job is to ensure that our heroes have the best means of combat.
I hope and believe that this issue will be resolved in the near future , and I also said this to our American friends - we have one means and it has always tipped the scales: the bravery and determination of our fighters - and with this weapon we will win."

"אנחנו מחויבים להשיב את תושבי הדרום והצפון בבטחה לבתיהם. אנחנו מחויבים לבנות את היישובים, לשקם את הקהילות ולהזניק את הצפון והדרום קדימה בכל התחומים.

לשם כך, החלטתי למנות את האלוף במילואים יפתח רון-טל לתפקיד ראש מנהלת תקומה בדרום, ואת האלוף במילואים אליעזר מרום (צ'ייני) לראש מנהלת הצפון. אני בטוח ששניהם יעשו עבודה מצוינת, אני גם בטוח שכל שרות ושרי הממשלה יתנו להם גב מלא בעבודתם החשובה.
