Today at Family Worship Center, Pastor Donnie Swaggart reads Romans chapter eleven discussing the spiritual condition of Israel and her current war with Hamas.
Brother Donnie says despite the many lies being told; Israel is defending what is rightfully hers.
God has not cast away His people.
There is a remnant; the church has inherited the blessings that God intended for Israel, but we have not taken her place.
Brother Donnie says, just as God’s chosen people endured the horror of Nazism, the terrorism of Hamas and Hezbollah is no different.
We must not be deceived by the agenda of the media to portray these evildoers as “freedom fighters”.
The land of Israel belongs to God.
Believers are to be a friend to Israel and stand for the peace of Jerusalem as God’s Word commands.
Romans 11:1-10 King James Version
vs.1 I say then, Hath God cast away his people? God forbid. For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin.
vs.2 God hath not cast away his people which he foreknew. Wot ye not what the scripture saith of Elias? how he maketh intercession to God against Israel saying,
vs.3 Lord, they have killed thy prophets, and digged down thine altars; and I am left alone, and they seek my life.
vs.4 But what saith the answer of God unto him? I have reserved to myself seven thousand men, who have not bowed the knee to the image of Baal.
vs.5 Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace.
vs.6 And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise, grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then it is no more grace: otherwise, work is no more work.
vs.7 What then? Israel hath not obtained that which he seeketh for; but the election hath obtained it, and the rest were blinded.
vs.8 (According as it is written, God hath given them the spirit of slumber, eyes that they should not see, and ears that they should not hear;) unto this day.
vs.9 And David saith, Let, their table be made a snare, and a trap, and a stumbling block, and a recompense unto them:
vs.10 Let their eyes be darkened, that they may not see, and bow down their back always.
Matthew 27 vs.21 - vs.25 KJV
[Key Text vs.21, vs.25]
vs.21 The governor answered and said unto them, Whether, of the twain will ye that I release unto you? They said, Barabbas.
vs.22 Pilate saith unto them, What shall I do then with Jesus which is called Christ? They all say unto him, Let him be crucified.
vs.23 And the governor said, Why, what evil hath he done? But they cried out the more, saying, Let him be crucified.
vs.24 When Pilate saw that he could prevail nothing, but that rather a tumult was made, he took water, and washed his hands before the multitude, saying, I am innocent of the blood of this just person: see ye to it.
vs.25 Then answered all the people, and said, His blood be on us, and on our children.
