2025 SEP 04 Following the Immigration Enforcement Operation on the Hyundai Battery Plant in Ellabell, Georgia, near Savannah. PEOPLE DETAINED: 475
QUESTION WHAT TYPE OF VISA ENTRY DID THESE PEOPLE COME TO USA UNDER:
without prejudice
OPINION
The Plant Is Owned by Two Companies: Hyundai Motor Group and LG Energy Solution, both titans in South Korean industry.
DONALD J. TRUMP, President of The United States of America has made it very clear: “I am hereby calling on all Foreign Companies investing in the United States to please respect our Nation’s Immigration Laws.”
THIS WAS A MAJOR INFRACTION WITH EMPLOYMENT OF ILLEGALS
PLEASE NOTE: Federal authorities say 475 people were detained this week in what Homeland Security Investigations called the largest single-site enforcement operation in its history.1
DONALD J. TRUMP, President of The United States of America went on to say: “Your investments are welcome, and we encourage you to LEGALLY bring your very smart people, with great technical talent, to build World Class products, and we will make it quickly and legally possible for you to do so.”
NO EXCUSE: EXPLOITATION WITHHOLDING EMPLOYMENT TO USA CITIZENS:
Hyundai Motor Group and LG Energy Solution. Without question there is not anything in the construction the USA construction workers could not do or have been done. This is not in the spirit of the trade agreements with the Nation of America.
DONALD J. TRUMP, President of The United States of America went on to say: “What we ask in return is that you hire and train American Workers.” “Together, we will all work hard to make our Nation not only productive, but closer in unity than ever before. Thank you for your attention to this matter!”
QUESTION WHAT TYPE OF VISA ENTRY
DID THESE PEOPLE COME TO USA UNDER:
Correct Visa Category
• H-1B Visa: For workers in a "specialty occupation," requiring a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a specialized field.
• E-3 Visa: ie Specifically for Australian nationals in specialty occupations.
• O-1 Visa: For individuals with extraordinary ability in fields like science, education, business, arts, or sports.
• Other Temporary Visas: There are other options, such as the H-2A for temporary agricultural work and the Religious Worker Visa.
If it was not a work visa for direct intentions to work; ICE doesn’t make mistakes these arrested clearly had no visa rights for employment and earning income whilst being in USA, South Korean taking exception is pure hypocrisy it would be interesting to know exactly what South Korean did to appease this violation from these South Korean Companies I’m guessing it will be $$$,$$$,$$$,$$$:00
