{Rick Nieman (Amsterdam, November 9, 1965) is a Dutch television presenter and journalist. Since 2018, he has presented the program WNL Op Zondag on behalf of WNL. He also presented the WNL program Misdaadcollege. At the age of 17, Nieman left for the United States for an exchange program. There he studied journalism at Roosevelt University in Chicago. At the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, he studied international relations. Back in the Netherlands, he started working as an editor, reporter and presenter at European Business Weekly. This was bought by Financial Times Television, which was then bought by CNN. Nieman suddenly found himself working at the CNN branch in London. In 1991, he returned to the Netherlands. There he worked as a reporter at RTL Nieuws, after which he started working as an editor and presenter at Veronica's Nieuwslijn and 2Vandaag, among others. Five years later, Nieman became a presenter at RTL Nieuws. He did this until 2015.
