Clarence Jalloh prior history of attacking females in 2021 (1^st time) was released on bail and (2^nd Time) two days later carried out another attack on a female at the Maylands Train Station.

ABC NEWS REPORTED1: Mr Jalloh appeared on Monday in the Perth Magistrates Court, which heard he has a long history of mental illness. He (Clarence Jalloh) spoke only to acknowledge that he understood the charge, which was read to him, but he (Clarence Jalloh) was not required to plead. The magistrate also told Mr Jalloh that if he wanted to apply for bail he had to go to the Supreme Court. He (Clarence Jalloh) was then remanded in custody and is due back in court in April.

"We stopped him, and he was like, 'I'm going home' and we were like, 'No you're not, we're keeping you here until the police come,'" he said. "When I caught up to him, I grabbed him by the legs. He tripped over then jumped back up and started running. The other people, they jumped on top of him."
